Fire Retardant Treatments

Levanna's decorative wood products can be treated with a penetrating water-based formulation to maintain the wood's natural unfinished appearance or with a durable, non-penetrating low gloss varnish that will not turn white from aging or washing.

Treatments have been tested to ASTM E-84 for Class “A and “B” flame spread ratings. Certificates of Fire Resistance can be issued for each project.
